The new processor family from Intel offers more options with more compelling user experiences worldwide for personal and business purposes. This means more connectivity on everything from cars to home appliances. In comparison to the previous generation, the “record-breaking” Intel Xeon processor E5 family is significantly faster and significantly more energy efficient. The new processor supports up to eight cores per processor as well as PCI Express* 3.0 with direct integration into the microprocessor.
