It was the middle of the night on Pier 54 in New York, but in Tokyo it was prime time. When the 246 Common in Aoyama got hooked up to the Tesla coils that surround David Blaine, an intercontinental connection was struck. The Intel-inspired Ultrabook™ has made ELECTRIFIED David Blaine's first truly global feat of endurance. Tokyo was the first stop on David's virtual worldwide tour.
And in Tokyo, David found a kindred spirit. Princess Tenko, a pop-singer-turned-magician who performs grand illusions, used an Ultrabook to control the coils. Princess Tenko is also a director and painter, but for one night she became the conductor of a grand symphony of electricity half a world away.
Right after Tokyo, it was Sydney's turn to take the helm. The night might have been long, but with some help from friends around the world, David stayed wide awake as morning broke in New York.
London and Beijing were next up.
