2013 is shaping up to be a huge year for Roman Coppola. Not only will the writer and director see the release of his next film, A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III, but also he could be the recipient of his first Academy Award for co-writing 2012's quirky, critically acclaimed movie, Moonrise Kingdom, with Wes Anderson.

While the Academy Awards are considered the top honors, other awards organizations have also recognized Moonrise Kingdom and Coppola's involvement—including the Broadcast Film Critics Association, Cannes Film Festival, the Golden Globes, and the Independent Spirit Awards, just to name a few.

Coppola's forthcoming motion picture, set for release on February 8th, boasts an impressive cast, which includes Charlie Sheen, Bill Murray, and Jason Schwartzman. Sheen plays a '70s-era, world-famous graphic designer whose life is turned upside down when his girlfriend leaves him. Murray plays this man's accountant, and Schwartzman fills the role of the misanthrope's best friend.

"It's always fun to work with people you like and know well," said Roman to The Ultrabook™ Experience in telling of his continued collaboration with Jason Schwartzman. "You have a history together, and you know some of their secret skills."

Tune in February 24th to the Academy Awards to see if Coppola gets his first Oscar win, and watch his original short film for Four Stories, Die Again, Undead One, co-written by and starring Jason Schwartzman.
