You can open the Intel® Graphics Control Panel in Windows 7* and newer using the three different methods below. Though this option is still available, Intel recommends installing the Intel® Graphics Command Center instead. For more information, see this FAQ. To install the Intel Graphics Command Center, refer to these instructions.

Before Continuing: Confirm that your system has the Intel® Graphics Control Panel installed. If it is not installed on your system, refer to these installation instructions. The Graphics Control Panel is no longer bundled with DCH driver packages. It must be downloaded and installed separately. This is in compliance with Microsoft's Universal Windows Platform (UWP) requirements.

Method 1: Windows Start Menu Method (Recommended)

From the Windows Start Menu, search for the Intel® Graphics Control Panel. Double-click the Intel® Graphics Control Panel icon. This is the recommended method to be used on the majority of systems.

Method 2: Desktop Mode Method

In desktop mode, right-click the Desktop. Then, select Intel® Graphics Settings. This method is only available for systems that have legacy drivers installed.

Intel Graphics Settings

Note If the right-click context menu does not appear, your system has a Windows Declarative Componentized Hardware (DCH) Graphics driver installed. The Intel® Graphics Settings option is no longer available when using Windows DCH Graphics drivers. Find more information.

Method 3: Hot-key Method

You can open the Intel® Graphics Control Panel with a hot-key combination. On your keyboard, simultaneously press CTRL+ALT+F12.

Note Original equipment manufacturers (OEM) can disable certain hot-key functions.

If the methods above don't work, see the information below:
