Incomplete Installation of Classroom Management in Arabic or Portuguese

This issue is related to Classroom Management.

When the application PCICFGUI.exe is opened after installation, it fails and sends a system error message.

Solution:

Install Classroom Management client in silent mode setup.exe /s /v/qn

Classroom Management client installation file setup.exe is provided specifically for factory use. It is intended to be tagged onto the OOBE with the parameters, once the user has selected their system language. Without the aforementioned parameters the setup.exe does not extract the system language from the OS. This prevents the installation of language specific files, such as PCICTL.DLL, and send error message.
