Technical Issue Report Form for Intel® Server Products and Intel® Storage Products
This document allows you to populate configuration details and issue data that is required when submitting an issue on Intel® Server Products and Intel® Storage Products.
Follow the steps to allow Intel Customer Support to process the service request:
- Obtain a copy of the issue report form. Two options are available:
- Download and fill out the PDF file offline: Technical Issue Report Form (PDF)
- Download and fill out the online form: Online Technical Issue Report Form
- Download and fill out the PDF file offline: Technical Issue Report Form (PDF)
- Go to the Intel Customer Support Online Service Center, which requires a logon.
- Attach the report to your new or existing service ticket.
