Cannot Set IGD Aperture Size to 4096MB
What are you seeing?
The Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i7KYK doesn't allow you to select 1024MB or 2048MB as the IGD Minimum Memory if you enable the Thunderbolt™ Controller in BIOS Setup.
Why are you seeing it?
Because the Thunderbolt Controller uses up to 2048MB IGD Minimum Memory from PCIE resources.
How to fix it
Disable the Thunderbolt Controller:
- Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup.
- Go to Advanced > Onboard Devices.
- Disable (uncheck) the Thunderbolt™ Controller option.
- Press F10 to save and exit BIOS Setup.
