Intel’s commitment to our customers, employees, and community stays strong.

Intel Customer Support technical support services remain operational; however, due to COVID-related staffing challenges, our time to respond to phone, web, and chat support requests may be longer than normal.

Intel® Partner Alliance program and membership support remain operational; however, due to COVID-related staffing challenges, our time to respond to phone, web, and chat support requests may be longer than normal.

Some of Intel Customer Support product warranty collection or delivery services are currently being impacted due to country restrictions; the details of which can be found below. Countries or regions not listed are currently not impacted and are performing to normal operation service times.

If further country-specific government restrictions are applied, there is the potential for additional impacts causing warranty processing and transit times to increase. We are actively monitoring the situation to adjust operations where and/or when possible and will communicate to our warranty customers directly when potential delays are known.

Asia Pacific Region: The updates are as of May 10, 2022
China

As of May 02, 2022, FedEx pickup and delivery services are not available nationwide. Thus, the warranty service has been suspended. We will resume collections and delivery when the PRC government allows.

Due to the current COVID government epidemic prevention screening and control requirements, warranty services are impacted in mainland PRC.

Vietnam

Shipments to Ho Chi Minh City have resumed however delivery could be very slow compared to usual as social distancing is still ongoing.

The rest of the areas of the country are serviced Business As Usual.

Australia

Country-wide shipping restrictions are impacting the collection and delivery of warranty products.

Please expect delays.

The total estimated time to delivery may take up to 8-11 business days.

Cambodia

Fiji

French Polynesia

Hong Kong

Laos

Mongolia

Samoa

Country-wide shipping restrictions are impacting the collection and delivery of warranty products.

Please expect delays.

The total estimated time to delivery may take up to 7 business days.

New Zealand

Country-wide shipping restrictions are impacting the collection and delivery of warranty products. 

The total estimated time to delivery may take up to 7-11 w/days for delivery depending on the cities.

Brunei

Country-wide shipping restrictions are impacting the collection and delivery of warranty products.

Please expect delays.

The total estimated time to delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Philippines

Shipments to Cebu, remote areas in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao require an additional 3 days of transit. 

Please expect delays.
