How to recover a NUC8i(3/5/7)BE if it fails to boot after Windows update

Description
  • NUC will not boot after the last Windows update.
  • Power LED lights up constantly blue for about 10-15, then it goes out for a second, then it lights up blue again in the same pattern.
  • NUC remains stuck in this loop without any video signal.
Resolution

Perform a BIOS Recovery by Security Jumper, refer to BIOS Update and Recovery Instructions for Intel® NUC with Visual BIOS.
If the BIOS recovery does not solve the issue, contact Intel Customer Support.
