The Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite can help speed up your browsing experience, even if you aren’t gaming. On connections with limited speeds, such as shared hotel Wi-Fi, our prioritization technology will slow background downloads like Windows* Update to streamline data moving to your browser. This can have an enormous impact on Web surfing speeds on slow and spotty connections. Of course, gaming comes first, but when you aren’t gaming, we still want your machine to be as responsive as possible.

However, the Intel Killer Performance Suite is designed to do its job with minimal necessary input from the user, and with a small resource footprint, you may prefer to uninstall the Intel Killer Performance Suite.

Therefore, if you are encountering any problem that you suspect is caused by the Intel Killer Performance Suite, we highly encourage you to take a look at the Intel Killer Performance Suite FAQ. If you are having problems, you may be able to resolve that by clean-installing the latest version. See our guide on clean-installing the Killer Performance Suite.

However, if you would like to uninstall the Intel Killer Performance Suite, you can do so by following these steps:

Uninstall the Intel Killer Performance Suite manually:

  1. Go to your Windows search bar.
  2. Type in and go to Apps & features.
  3. Find the Killer Performance Suite from the list.
  4. Click Killer Performance Suite and select the option to uninstall.
  5. Restart your machine by clicking Start > Power > Restart.

If this keeps appearing due to third-party or Microsoft Auto-Updates, see the related articles below.
