Yes, ISP capable MAX 7000A/7000B and 3000A devices in industrial speed grade can be programmed in the entire industrial temperature range. For the range of -40 to 0 degrees C, Jam programming using a Quartus® II software generated Jam file and command is the only method that can guarantee successful programming. Embedded system SVF programming will not guarantee successful programming and may result in failed programming at these extreme cold temperatures.
