Why do I read incorrect data from the M9K block(s) in the EP3SL340I4L, EP3SE260I4L, or EP3SL200I4L devices when operating at VCCL= 1.1V or 0.9V and below 0C junction temperature?

Description

In the Stratix® III device family, the specified operating range for junction temperature for EP3SL340I4L, EP3SE260I4L, EP3SL200I4L devices is from 0C to 100C. Operating temperatures below 0C is out of specification.

You may see and report an issue where incorrect data is read from the M9K blocks on EP3SL340I4L, EP3SE260I4L, or EP3SL200I4L devices operating at VCCL = 1.1V or 0.9V and below 0C junction temperature. You may be using a Memory Initialization File (MIF) to preload the memory, because the known issue is a write failure to the M9K blocks below 0C junction temperature while preloading the M9K using a MIF. The allowed junction temperature range for the listed devices per the data sheet specification is from 0C to 100C.

Additional failures beyond this issue may be encountered, since further testing is not performed below 0C junction temperature.
