Why is it not possible to choose the voltage of banks 6A and 6B in the HPS tab in the Arria V or Cyclone V PowerPlay Early Power Estimator (EPE) version 13.1 and later?

    Description

In the Arria® V or Cyclone® V EPE versions 13.1 and later, the voltages for banks 6A and 6B in the HPS tab are determined by the type of SDRAM settings in the tab. This is because banks 6A and 6B are used for the SDRAM interface.

For example, when DDR3 is chosen, the bank voltage will be set to 1.5V, and when DDR2 is chosen, the voltage will be set to 1.8V in the EPE.
