How can I estimate the Min Current Requirement for ICCA for mixed voltage designs in the Early Power Estimator (EPE) for Stratix IV GX devices?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description

The EPE reports the Min Current Requirement (A) for each voltage rail used in the Stratix® IV GX device.  VCCA can use two different voltages depending on the transceiver data rate, either 2.5V or 3.0V. The value for ICCA reported for the Min Current Requirement (A) is a sum of the 2.5V ICCA and 3.0V ICCA current requirements.

For mixed voltage designs you can estimate ICCA for the 2.5V VCCA supply and the ICCA for the 3.0V VCCA supply in two steps using the EPE:

1) Enter only the 2.5V VCCA channels, the Report tab will show the Min Current Requirement (A) for ICCA on the 2.5V VCCA supply.

2) Enter only the 3.0V VCCA channels, the Report tab will show the Min Current Requirement (A) for ICCA on the 3.0V VCCA supply.
