Is it possible to remotely update the Initialization Configuration Bits (ICB) in Intel® MAX® 10 devices?

    Description

    In Intel® MAX® 10 devices, the Initialization Configuration Bits (ICB) contain important configuration bits that ensures the correct functionality of the FPGA. Due to this reason is not possible to modify these bits remotely.
