1. Intel® MAX® 10 User Flash Memory Overview

Intel® Intel® MAX® 10 FPGAs offer a user flash memory (UFM) block that stores non-volatile information.

The UFM provides an ideal storage solution that you can access using the Avalon Memory Mapped (Avalon-MM) slave interface to UFM.

The UFM block also offers the following features.

Data retention (after 10,000 program/erase cycles)

    • 10M40, 10M50: 4.81 MHz

    • 10M02: 7.25 MHz
    • 10M02SCU324, 10M04, 10M08, 10M16, 10M25, 10M40, 10M50: 116 MHz
