4.2.7. Statistics Counters Interface

The H-Tile Hard IP for Ethernet IP Core provides the following methods to read the statistic counters:
  • Assert i_stats_snapshot signal to freeze and capture a snapshot of the statistic counter values
  • Request through statistic shadow registers
  • Read statistic counters through Avalon-MM interface
